Ann & Nancy are using Vision Quest Photo Assignment Cards, created by Douglas Beasley. Every 10 days, we will take turns choosing a card and base our photography on whatever assignment comes up. We will use a variety of cameras: cell, point & shoot, film, plastic, dslr. Whatever suits our moods. "Invest in your vision, not just your equipment". Douglas Beasley
Good use of the "chiaroscuro" technique with candlelight. What I find quite interesting is the relationship between your last three projects. It looks to me like they are threaded together with the "feminine mystique". The disappearing Barbie could almost represent the dismantling of the suppressive social "ideal" of feminine form - and the later series of images may represent its liberation? Very expressive!
